The Tigers began the 2008-2009 season with a scrimmage against E.C. Glass High School. As with all first scrimmages, there were many positive traits to reinforce and many mistakes to be corrected. The Tigers played with hustle and desire while struggling to execute offensively. Hargrave was lead by Zach Edmunds with 16 points, freshman Saquan Darby with 8 points, and Danny Smith with 6 points.
Hargrave will take the floor again tomorrow night in a second scrimmage against Tunstall High School.
