Playing on back-to-back nights, the Tigers struggeled against the Gaels of Holy Cross, but were able to pull out a tough conference win, 57-54. A sluggish first half was lead by Hargrave 23-21. By the end of the third quarter, Hargrave increased the lead by four points. The Gaels got as close as one point in the fourth quarter, but the Tigers were able to hold on down the stretch for the win.
Hargrave was lead by J.D. Misenheimer with 23 points and 4 assists. Will Bartholomew also added 12 points, including several clutch free throws in the final minutes of the game.
