Varsity Basketball vs. Roanoke Valley

The Tigers got a big win on Monday as they defeated Roanoke Valley Christian 74 – 57. Leading the way for the Tigers on offense were Renard Fields (21 pts., 10 rebs., 3 blks.), Jay Edosowan (12 pts., 8 rebs., 2 blks), Jacob Floyd (11 pts., 12 rebs.), and DeAngelo Spruill (11 pts., 7 assist, 2 steals). Rashad Smith, Clarence Conrad, Avon Makel, and Terry Teal also contributed with solid performances. With the win the Tigers record improves to 9-4 overall and 9-3 conference. The Tigers will hit the road on Tuesday, February 17, to take on Lynchburg CHristian Academy. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 pm.
