Varsity Basketball vs. Westover Christian Academy

May 26, 2011

The Tigers kicked off the 2005-2006 season by defeating Westover Christian Academy 91-41. Leading the way for Tigers was Andrew Pughsley (17 pts., 3 steals,and 3 assist), Mark Manning (13 pts., 6 rebs., and 8 steals), Carson Mott ( 12 pts., 7 rebs., and 3 steals), Danny Wrigley (11 points, 8 rebs., and 2 blks). Andrew McDonald (8 pts., 8 rebs., and 3 blks) also contributed with a great performance on both ends of the floor. It was a total team effort, with every player contributing to the win. With the win Hargrave’s record improves to 1-0 overall and 1-0 in the VIC. The Tigers return to action on Tuesday, December 6th, when they will travel to Timberlake Christian Academy. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
