The golf team returned to campus around 2005. Although we lost by six strokes to VES, Cadet Cole Ray was the medalist. The team did well their first time out – 45 degree weather with 15 mph winds makes for a tough golf environment.
The final score was Hargrave 177 to VES 166. (In varsity golf, the lower score wins.) The game was called due to darkness and the final score was modified accordingly.
