Our match with Holy Cross turned into a tri-match when Roanoke Catholic showed up unexpectedly. It took much longer to play than we anticipated.
HMA defeated both schools with a 156 – 192 – 220 score. Clayton Moss shot even par 36, Steven Hancock 39, Andy Thomasson 40, and Van Patterson 41. Ryker Benson had his low round of the season at 43 and Ryan Moody 51.
Every member of the golf team was able to play an exhibition round on the London Downs golf course in Lynchburg. We finished our season with a 12-3 record.
