The Tiger Rifles were victorious in their final match of the 2008 season. Though they had some struggling moments on the firing line they finished the season undefeated.
Backman fired the high score for the match (263). Backman also fired the high match standing score (77) and the high match kneeling score (92). Though Graves was not part of the top 4 scored, he fired the high match prone score (95). For the first time in his HMA shooting experience, Blair fired 236 points and was part of the team’s top 4. Forrester and Kneppler were the two remaining shooters for the top 4.
The team will place first in the league for the 2008 season with a 6-0 record. All match stats, awards and averages will be published in the season summary following the state tournament. We are looking forward to the state tournament next week. The tournament will be a very competitive match.
