Varsity Soccer beats Miller School 5 to 1

The Hargrave Tigers Varsity Soccer team came out on their home turf on Tuesday ready to play. The team strung together various combinations of simple unselfish play, and really started to come together as a unit of 11 players united. The flow of the game was much smoother than it had been in previous games. Wall passes, overlapping runs, blind runs, and playing to feet were abundant on Simpson Parade Field.

Tigers’ Tyler Fallen came away with a hat trick (3 goals), Seth Donaldson capitalized on a headed cross off of a corner kick taken by freshman Luke DeWitt, and freshman Raines Wall buried one at the far post. The final score of the game was a resounding 5-1.
