The Hargrave Tigers arrived in Danville, VA to play Westover Christian for a night game on Friday, October 5. The team got a chance to cheer on the JV and that pumped them up for an ultimate 8-1 win over WCA. The team came together for this victory and the efforts of the team’s training is starting to show in results.
The Tigers played well, and finished well with a shot to goal ratio that was higher than it has been all year. The Tigers were hungry to win and played with a sense of urgency that Coach Shull had never seen before.
The whole team stood out this game because they were stringing passes together to possess the ball extremely well, but the statistics that prevailed were Chris Fuschish with 1 goal, Garrick Ellwood with a goal, Tyler Fallen with 2 goals, Will Ward with 2 goals, Austin Wicker with a goal, and Dimitri Darroll with 1 goal.
