The Hargrave Varsity Soccer Team were out-hustled to a 1-1 draw, on Thursday, against Faith Christian.
The first half saw a scoreless tie, and many opportunities for the Tigers come up short.
After a 20 minute delay to begin the second half, due to lightning, both teams took the field, once again. The Tigers would strike first with a goal by Cody Cameron (1G) which came unassisted.
The Tigers then found themselves back on their heels for the remaining of the second half. Finally, Faith Christian broke through with a goal to tie the game at 1-1 with less than a minute remaining in the game. No overtime was played.
Varsity Soccer’s record now moves to 2-6-1 overall, 0-3 in conference.
