Hargrave 1 – LCA 11
The LCA Bulldogs clearly had the upper hand in the first round playoff game. They maintained some nice pressure on the Tiger goalkeepers with 22 shots and 5 corner kicks.
The Tigers were still able to create some good opportunities and had 11 shots on goal. In the second half the Tigers were able to string together some nice passes and Yassin Asfour took the ball down the left side beating a couple defenders and crossed a lovely ball which John Wilkes Barber was able to put into the left side of the net for the lone Tiger goal. Tian Yang had one of his best games in the middle as he won many challenges and made some great passes to his Tiger team mates. The Tigers will look to a better season in the springtime.
