Hargrave 2 – Timberlake 0
Half way through the second half a heavy storm ended a 2-0 match for the Tigers against Timberlake Christian on Thursday. Due to the game progressing into the second half the Tigers held on to the 2-0 win despite the matches early ending due to weather. Captains Josh Splinter and Scott Dinius recorded both goals for the Tigers during the first half of play to hold up as the matches final scoring. Dinius tallied his goal off of a loose ball from a corner in the seventh minute, and Splinter would add his moments before the halftime whistle to give the Tigers the 2-0 lead. The Dinius’ goal came unassisted while junior midfielder Mike Badolato assisted on the Splinter tally.
