Dispite some good swimming, Hargrave dropped it’s first meet of the season to a very good North Cross squad. The Tigers managed only two wins in the meet. Hank Lee was first in the 50 free (23.15) and Matt Sullins took the 100 Butterfly (58.91). Mike Wheeler had two excellent swims, dropping eight seconds off of his previous best in the 200 IM (2:21.58), and setting a personal best in the 100 Breaststroke (1:09.51 – 8th HMA All Time). Hargrave will get another shot at North Cross on February 5th when the Tigers host the Virginia Independent Conference Championships.
