The Wrestling team traveled to Waynsboro last night to take on VES and Miller School. As Miller only has one competitor, we won 80-0 against them. In the other match of the evening, Hargrave put on a strong performance beating VES 65-13 despite being down two starters.
The team will travel to Charlotesville on Thursday to close out our conference season against Roanoke Catholic. Hopefully we will be able to get one of our new members, Cadet James Silk, into the line up to replace the injured Cadet Blake Moore and shore up the lower weight classes. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like Cadet Christian Mitchell will be able to resume wrestling until the VIC tournament the following week.
