Our boys have been working hard these past few months in getting stronger, faster, leaner and meaner. Their hard work paid off even though we didn’t get the precious metals we hoped for.
- Our second place winners were Cadets Sam Tyler, Blake Sibley and Kevin Pedersen.
- Our third place winners were Cadets P.T. Joseph and Justin Covino.
- Our 4th place winners were Cadets Nick Rice, Chandler O’Connor and Jesse Alston.
- Overall our team got 4th.
Each of these boys has a right to be proud since our first year wrestlers were up against seasoned veterans who clearly knew what they were doing but had a rough time holding onto and/or keeping up with our Tigers and often catching our guys in a split second “lucky catch” situation you would expect to see at the professional sports level. We have a chance to iron out a few techniques before showing our stuff at the State tournament this coming weekend.
