One Tuesday, January 22, 2013, the varsity wrestling team traveled to LCA last to face Lynchburg Christian (LCA), Covenant and Blue Ridge. The Tigers finished the night 2-1, defeating Covenant and Blue Ridge. Unfortunately, the team was not able to earn a victory over LCA.
Outstanding performances were put in by Cadets Saul Snell and Andrew Mulcunry, who each earned two victories by pin. Cadets Christian Mitchell, Dakota Wetherbee, Blake Moore and Will Glenn all remain out of the line-up due to injuries, but are probable to return before the Conference Tournament.
