The Hargrave Wrestling team heads to the VISAA State Championships with a nearly full slate of wrestlers. Hargrave will have thirteen wrestlers representing the school in this year’s tournament.
The seeding for the tournament were announce and Hargave has 7 wrestles ranked in the top 12 in their responsive weight brackets; Kerry Gray 6th at 113 pounds, Thomas Vaughan 11th at 132 pounds, Lucas Lopes 6th at 138 pounds, Charles Meyers 9th at 144 pounds, Arjun Gopalakrishna 12th at 165 pounds, Joshua McGrail 10th at 175 pound and TJ Hylton 8th at Heavy Weight.
The rest of the line up is filled with quality wrestlers looking to place along with the teammates with Ethan Brantley at 120 pounds, Alexander Gonzales at 126 pounds, William Sackett at 150 pounds, Levi Lentz at 157 pounds, Charles Rock at 190 pounds and Joshua Crook at 215 pounds.
