Water Polo

During the fall and spring swim conditioning the cadets learn more than just swimming. They are introduced to water polo! For cadets enrolled in other sports during this time, they can actively participate in our water polo club. The club meets every Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:00pm. Cadets will learn how to be a part of this competitive and rapidly growing sport, with the goal being to form a team and compete with other clubs. Water polo allows for each swimmer to gain strength, stamina, and endurance; develop quick reflexes; and enjoy a stimulating mental workout. This sport is also utilized during our evening structured activity time so all cadets will have the opportunity to experience the joys of water polo! For weak or non-swimmers we have flotation equipment that allows for a free range of movement while participating in this fun game.
