In an away match short-handed, the Tigers came out playing hard, but came up short against Eastern Mennonite. All players did their best and worked hard.

The Tigers came up short against a deep Miller squad. Missing two of the starters, Hargrave still played well and was competitive on most matches.

The tigers fought hard, but came up short against a strong LCA team. All matches were close, but we ran out of steam in the end.
JV Lacrosse vs. Virginia Episcopal School

The JV lacrosse team traveled to Virginia Episcopal Thursday afternoon in thier first game of the season. The team played hard and showed good effort. The young squad gained a large amount of game experience and is looking to improve in thier future contest.

Baseball’s Moore and Martin earn USA South weekly honors

James Martin '09 earned USA South honors this week for North Carolina Wesleyan College. James is a freshman pitcher. Coach Scott Roach, his Hargrave coach said, "It is quite an honor for a young man to earn this recognition in USA South for Wesleyan. Great job, James."
