On January 31st, 2006, the Tigers lost a heart breaker to Holy Cross by the score of 31 to 28. The Tigers led at the half, but Holy Cross managed to come back and force the game into overtime.

On January 27th, 2006, the Tigers beat North Cross by a score of 39-33. The winning effort was led by Reeves Hollar who scored a season high of 14.

On January 12, the Tigers fell to Carlisle by a score of 46 to 34. The Tigers took the early lead in the first quarter, but Carlisle played a strong second quarter and went to halftime with a 3 point lead.

On January 9th, the Tigers lost to a tough LCA team 48-11. Lynchburg Christian took the lead early in the game and never let go.

On January 6, 2006, the Tigers fell to Westover Christian Academy by a score of 37-33. Once again, Hargrave took the lead early in the first quarter, but Westover made a strong second quarter run and never relinquished the lead from then on. Six different players racked up points for the Tigers.

Hargrave won the final game with Carlisle 47-22. All played well and Grant Chandler was high scorer with 18. AB Sigmon had 12. All team members played and made many contributions.

Hargrave had a very strong game against North Cross School. Grant Chandler was high scorer with 15. Todd Barham was the number two man with 12. Greg Donovan did an outstanding job as point guard. John Mathena and David Kanaska did very well under the boards.
