Varsity Basketball Opens Season With Victory Over Tunstall

The Tigers opened the 2011-2012 campaign on the road against the Tunstall Trojans. In a non-conference match-up, Hargrave was able to prevail 69-50.
JV Basketball Drops Season Opener to Tunstall

The HMA JV basketball team opened the season against Tunstall. The team started out the first quarter very slowly, bothered by first game jitters and a good Tunstall team. By the end of the first quarter, the Tigers were down down by fourteen. After a slow start, the team played much better and came together as a team before falling to Tunstall by a score of 51-34.

The Hargrave Wrestling team opened their season this weekend with a very successful effort at the Tiger Invitational. Hargrave finished 1st out of eight teams with an impressive 161 team points.
