Hargrave Discontinues Postgraduate Football Program

Hargrave's Postgraduate football program will end at the conclusion of the 2012-2013 Academic year. There will be no 2013 Fall season.

On a cold saturday night, the Post Graduate football team came away with the victory in there last home game of the year. The PG Tigers beat the visting Jirah Prep Warriors 28-0 to move their season record to 6-3.

On a cold Sunday afternoon this past weekend the Post Graduate Football Team played the visiting Atlanta Sports Academy. The game was a defensive struggle throughout with Atlanta Sports pulling away at the end for a 17-0 victory over the home standing P.G. Tigers.

Loretto, PA – The Post Graduate Football Team traveled north to Pennsylvania this past Monday and played FCS Northeast Conference member St. Francis University. The PG Tigers came together and walked out with a 34-6 victory against the home standing “Red Flash” of St. Francis.

The PG Football took on the Georgia Military College Bulldogs. While the PG's battled throughout the hot day, the team lost to the junior college 27-0.

The Post Graduate team traveled to Annapolis, MD this last Friday and took on the JV Midshipmen of the United States Naval Academy. The Midshipmen came away with the victory in Navy-Marine Memorial Stadium 37-0 over the Tigers.

The Post Graduate football team continued there winning ways as they won Saturday night. The Tigers took on the Hampton Roads Community College, and defeated the Gators 44-14 on a rainy and soggy night.

The 2012 Post Graduate Football team opened their season with a win over the visiting Southern Tech Wildcats. The atmosphere was exciting as the new Post Grad Team debuted under the lights at Dick Dyer Field. The contest was hard fought and ultimely the strength of the Tigers won out 20-0.

The Post Graduate Football Team traveled to the state of Pennsylvania for the second time this year and came away with another win. The Tigers defeated the home standing "Red Flash" of St. Francis University by the score of 41-40 in overtime.
